Order process



Shipping
All our orders are online over phone and email. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone, whatsapp and email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order only after we have received payment. 
Shipping by express: door to door service (5-7days)
Shipping by Air: pick up goods at your local airport or door to door service (7work days)
Shipping by Sea:pick up goods at your local port or door to door service (15-20workdays)
Shipping by Train:pick up goods at your local station or door to door service ( 7-1days .but only few country have this service,pls contact us learn detail information)

Returns and Exchanges
All merchandise is inspected, weighed, and carefully packed for shipment before leaving any of Supplier’s warehouses. The freight company accepts liability when the shipment leaves our facility. Upon delivery of your shipment, promptly check the number and condition of cartons against the Bill of Lading totals before signing the freight Bill of Landing. If the Purchaser’s account was used to ship the product and damage or loss is discovered, Purchaser is responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier. If the Supplier’s account was used to ship the product  and damage or loss is discovered, supplier would be responsible for filing a claim with the freight carrier.
